The Private Vocational College Ecom Intellect, Sofia, is opened by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science with order № RD 14-126 from 25.06.2007 with Ecom Intellect Ltd.

Development Policy

Since January 2007 the vocational education in Bulgaria has been included into integral European system for transfer and accumulation of credits for the purpose of  lifelong learning. The documents, issued by Private Vocational College Ecom Intellect are consistent with the United Qualification Framework that meets European standards  for continuing education and training adopted in May 2005 in Bergen – Bologna process. Graduated college students who received Certificate of professional qualification – IV qualification degree have the opportunity through the transfer of accumulated credits to continue their professional development and education in Bulgaria and in Europe.

The flexibility of the European Qualification Framework provides and facilitates the recognition and transfer of qualifications in Vocational education and training аnd in general (secondary and higher) education. The qualifications of IV degree are used as an input for learning in higher education.
