- 1992 – Establishment of Ecom Intellect Ltd.
- 1994 – Signing of a contract to organize of distant learning in Bulgaria with Cook’s Institute of Electronics Engineering /CIEE/ – USA.
- 1996 – Opening of Private Vocational School in Economics and Management – Sofia.
- 1997 – Establishment and membership of the Bulgarian Association of Private Schools (BAPS).
- 1998 – Graduation of first class “Economist-manager” of Ecom Intellect and CIEE.
- 1999 – Accepted as members of the National Management Association /NMA/ – USA.
- 2000 – Academic audit of National Association of Private Nontraditional Schools and Colleges in USA.
- 2001 – Accreditation of Ecom Intellect by the National Association of Private Nontraditional Schools and Colleges in USA.
- 2002 – Transformation of Private Vocational School Ecom Intellect in Vocational College.
- 2003 – Establishment of Private Vocational High School – city of Pleven.
- 2003 – License from the Ministry of Education and Science for professions “Marketer” and “Tourist Guide-Animator.
- 2003 – Accepted as a member of the Bulgarian Union of Private Entrepreneurs “VUZRAZHDANE”.
- 2004 – Establishment of Center for Vocational Training – Licensed by NAVET.
- 2004 – License from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science for a profession of “Technician of Computer Systems”.
- 2005 – Announcement of Ecom Intellect for a College of the year by the Human Resources Foundation.
- 2007 – Opening of Private Vocational Colleges in the cities of Montana and Pleven.
- 2007 – Partnership Agreement and continuing education from the college in Bachelor degree with university – EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY – Barcelona, Spain.
- 2007 – Start of training in English for the profession “Economist manager” under the European qualification framework.
- 2008 – Opening of Private Vocational College in the city of Haskovo.
