TUTITON FEES FOR EU CITIZENS AND THE COST OF LIVING:
UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS:

- Food and other expenses: 250-350 EUR/month
Netherlands grants student loans for Bulgarians in amount of 1600 EUR annual tuition fee. The Bank grants loan provided that you are enrolled in the university, have paid your tuition fee and only then the bank give your money back, for this purpose you have to open your own bank account in Netherlands. Repayment of the loan starts two years after your graduation as for 15 years at an interest rate 2.4% monthly you import at least 45 Euro.
